Garry BASSAN was new to me as I planned to relocate. He has been extremely responsive when I wished to book viewings or asked questions. When we first visited the property I subsequently bought, he was able to answer each question; had researched the listed property thoroughly. He assisted in getting a price reduction for an issue within the property and referred me to an efficient and knowledgeable lawyer and painter.
